For many of us, struggling with sin, is an on-going battle.

My firm belief is that each of us has one main sin, that we struggle with, and the enemy of our soul is well aware of this weakness and this is where he hits us with blunt force.
Now, I realize that not everyone will agree with this, however; as I look at my life and that of fellow Christians, I find that this appears to be true.
Take a look at your life. Can you identify that one area that you are struggling with?

The following, are some verses that we would encourage you to remember and to put in practice, in YOUR struggle with sin in your life.

There hath no temptation taken you, but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, Who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it." (1 Corinthians 10:13)

James 4:7 Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.

The following, is a list of some of the areas that we struggle in, as we strive to be Christ like.

One main sin.
Lust:
Pornography:
Money:
Alcohol:
Depression:
Worry:
Anger:
Bitterness:

Jesus said to the woman caught in the act of adultery: "John 8:11 (King James Version).  And Jesus said unto her, Neither do I condemn thee: go, and sin no more.

We are encouraged by Jesus to forget the past and to begin a new life, a life where we are not obedient to the lust of the flesh. Go and sin no more. But, this is important,

My dear children, I write this to you so that you will not sin. But if anybody does sin, we have one who speaks to the Father in our defense--Jesus Christ, the Righteous One.1 John 2:1
